  • How do I watch the show online?
    Note that virtual productions will only be available for a limited time. If the show is not currently running, you will see a message letting you know instead of the video. Click the "Get Tickets" button at the top of the site to visit the page for our current show. Scroll down to the video. Click the dollar sign ($) button to rent the video. Create a member account on our site, or log into an existing account if you already have one. We recommend choosing "Sign Up with Email." Enter your payment information to purchase a ticket. The ticket will become associated with your account, and the video will be available to you for 48 hours from the time of purchase. You will now see a play (â–¶) button. Click it to enjoy the show!
  • How do I make the video bigger?
    The video player has a fullscreen button in the bottom-righthand corner. Click this to put the video on your whole screen.
  • Why doesn't the video have any sound?
    The video player itself has a volume button in the bottom-lefthand corner. Check that the video is not muted and that the volume is turned up. Check that your device's volume is turned up. If your device has external speakers, check that they are turned on and that the volume is turned up.
  • The video won't stop buffering. How do I fix this?
    You need a fast, reliable internet connection to watch the video at its full quality settings. Our website automatically adjusts the playback quality based on the strength of your network. The video may not play well on mobile data or if there are multiple devices on your network doing bandwidth-heavy things (such as streaming video, participating in a virtual meeting, or downloading big files).
  • Can I watch the show more than once with one ticket?
    Absolutely! When you purchased a ticket, the video became available to you for 48 hours from the time of purchase. You can play the video as many times as you like during this 48-hour period. Simply log back in to the account you used to purchase the ticket and return to the show page.
  • If I don't watch the whole show in one sitting, can I come back to watch the rest later?"

  • My question isn't listed. How can I get assistance?
