Membership Team – Our Heart
Because our members play such a vital role in who we are and what we do, we value them highly and we invest time and energy and resources into maintaining and growing this relationship. The Membership Team not only recruits new members and makes sure current members are well taken care of, but they are also in charge of creating and maintaining The New Depot Players’ Scholarship.
Community & Collaboration Team – Our Hands
This team is all about outreach. Whether it’s joining and being active in professional theatre organizations, collaborating with other local theatre groups, or partnering with local charities, The Community & Collaboration Team takes the lead in opening doors and building bridges.
Communications Team – Our Face
We’re ready for our close-up! The Communications Team crafts the Advertising/Marketing/PR annual plan, oversees the production of the Quarterly Newsletter, and maintains the website and all print and digital media production.
Event Staff – Our Feet
We are, after all, a theatre group and our primary focus is live performance. And in order for the audience to truly enjoy the performance, all the other logistics like picking up their tickets, finding a seat, and buying a beverage need to run smoothly. If you volunteer to help in the Box Office, be an Usher, or run the Concessions stand at any event, you get to see that show for FREE.
